Our Fourth Annual Christmas Party in partnership with Starbucks was held on December 17 at Lynn Urquides Elementary School for 200 children, along with their parents. School staff chose the neediest families who would not be receiving services for the holidays from any other organizations.
The families enjoyed pizza, desserts, face painting, balloon art, and pictures with Santa. Professional Illusionists, Sarlot & Eyed, donated their time again this year to perform a magical show that kept everyone's eyes glued to the stage!
In addition to the food and entertainment, the children were thrilled to pick out their toy packages, books, school supplies, socks, dental packages and other miscellaneous items we had for them. The families also left with big bags of clothing, household items and food that had been donated for the party.
